Requests for Assistance

We understand that unanticipated challenge or circumstance can make it difficult to afford a new prescription cost, make a car repair, or cover a utility bill. St. Paul’s has established a small fund to offer limited financial assistance grants.

If you find yourself in need, please reach out to Rayna Hauter, our Assistance and Ministries Coordinator. In addition to reviewing our Assistance Application, Rayna can help facilitate referrals to Crossover for food, clothing, and other basic needs.

Support Group

Since 2024, the Trans Support Group has been meeting bi-weekly at St. Paul’s. Administered by the Genesee Health System, this group represents the congregation’s commitment to support those who are the victims of discrimination. Bible & Book Study Group

Facilities Use & Space Sharing

Guided by our mission of “seeking the welfare of the city,” St. Paul’s works alongside organizations that provide food, shelter, counseling, education, and compassionate support to individuals and families throughout Genesee County.

St. Paul’s currently is the home for a community-based counselor, as a partnership with Genesee County Health System to facilitate improved access to mental health support. The National Recovery Alliance will soon make its home at St. Paul’s, providing recovery resources, education, and support for individuals on their journey toward healing and wellness. We are also proud to partner with FAIR (Flint Alliance for Immigrant Rights), whose work advocates for and supports immigrant families throughout our region.

These collaborations and the sharing of space at St. Paul’s speaks to our longstanding commitment to social justice and our reputation as a place where every person is welcomed, valued, and supported.

If you are interested in reserving the building for your meeting or event, complete the proper form and submit to the Administrative Assistant at stpoffice@stpaulschurchflint.com. (Sundays are not available).
